Card of the Day for April 13, 2021
A note before we begin:
As you may remember when interpreting tarot, I intuitively read words, not images. You will know which words I have chosen from my tarot guides as I will bold these words within my readings. Look for these words when you do your own interpretation of each CotD.
The deck I chose to use today is my personal favorite, The Wild Unknown by Kim Krans. I picked this deck because I knew it would give me the truest reading for an important question – the intentions for this collaborative blog.
Card of the Day – Two of Cups
The Two of Cups is most often thought of as a lovers’ card. Many tarot readers refer to the underlying meaning of romance when faced with this CotD. However, when pulling this card, I was thinking about the Pagans of the Wild Wasteland and the beginning of a new adventure with one of my closest friends, DesertJen. Therefore, when I pulled the Two of Cups particularly from this deck, I think more of the “birth of a dear and lasting friendship,” (Krans). I think of new love, a connection between two people in the form of sharing our passion and knowledge of all things pagan. This is a solid partnership that strives to provide a comprehensive and honest source of information for those who are spiritually curious.
Takeaway
This CotD, the Two of Cups, tells me that DesertJen and I work well together, and our new adventure will be successful, educational, and wild! Stay tuned for more interpretations of the CotD done by my unique method of Tarot reading. The future is what you make of it, it is all up to you!
